The Zoho CRM AI Assistant shows your team’s overdue tasks, a morning list of what needs attention, and turns meeting decisions into tasks.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
Overdue tasks pile up under each rep, some still open on deals that closed weeks ago. After the team meeting, the decisions live in someone’s notes until they become tasks, if they ever do. Checking it all means going through each rep’s tasks in turn.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You ask in plain words. It reads tasks, meetings, deals and leads, groups them by owner and related record, and shows you what it found.
When you want a change, such as rescheduling a task, completing it or creating new ones, it shows each change first and writes nothing until you approve.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
Only the ones you pick and approve. It does not reschedule or close tasks in bulk on its own. Changing more than 20 records at once asks for a final confirmation.
Yes, if your Zoho profile allows you to. It creates the task with the owner you name, after you approve. It can do only what your profile is allowed to do.
Tasks with their owner, due date, status and related deal, account or contact; meetings; and the deals and leads the tasks belong to.
It works from what the CRM recorded. A task done but never marked complete looks overdue. Ask the owner before you close it.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
