The Zoho CRM AI Assistant shows who changed a deal and when, and prepares a rep’s deals, recent changes and overdue tasks for a one-on-one.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The amount dropped, the closing date moved a month, the owner is someone else. Zoho CRM records each change, but reading a deal’s history entry by entry, or a rep’s twenty deals before a one-on-one, is the work that gets skipped.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You ask about a deal or a rep in plain words. It reads each record’s audit timeline (Zoho CRM’s record of who changed which field, when, and from where) along with the deal’s tasks and activity, and shows you what it found.
These requests only read. Nothing in your CRM changes.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
No. Deal history requests only read. If you want to change something you found, ask for it separately; it shows the change and writes only after you approve.
The history Zoho CRM keeps on each record: who changed which field, from what value to what, when, and through which source, such as a person in Zoho CRM, the API or a workflow rule.
Yes, as far as Zoho CRM records them. Each change shows its source, so a stage moved by a workflow rule or an integration is marked as such.
It reports the history as Zoho recorded it, and reads up to the 200 most recent entries on a record. When one action changed many fields at once, it shows the first 20 and says how many more there were. A change made outside Zoho CRM and never entered is not there.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
