The numbers
What could your introductions earn?
These figures assume every customer pays the full monthly price for every month shown, before tax, refunds and chargebacks. They are illustrations, not forecasts or a promise of income. Each customer's 12 months start at their own first payment. The 30-day hold and monthly payout run come on top.

The rules
Clear terms from the start
- Last eligible click wins; the first claim locks attribution. Partner links have a 90-day window, customer links 30 days.
- New customers only. No self-referrals, duplicate accounts or referrals within your own Zoho organization.
- Disclose your commission beside every recommendation. No brand bidding; other paid ads need written approval.
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission. Ordinary termination preserves existing customers’ earning periods and permits a final payout below $50.
FAQ
Questions partners ask
How is commission calculated?
30% of subscription revenue we collect, after discounts and excluding tax. A full-price $23 Plus payment earns $6.90. Refunded amounts are reversed proportionately.
For how long do I earn?
12 months from each customer’s first payment. The clock does not pause if they cancel and return. Existing customer terms stay fixed when standard terms change.
When do I get paid?
Each payment has a 30-day hold. Request your whole available balance at $50. Requests received by the end of the 14th UTC are paid by month end. We pay our sending fees; receiving and conversion fees and taxes are yours.
What do referred signups get?
30 days of Plus free, with no card, then the permanent Free plan. A signup alone earns no commission.
Do I need a paid account?
No. Apply without an account. If approved, sign in or create an account with the email you applied with to open your portal.
Can I see my clients’ CRM data?
No. Your portal shows masked email addresses, referral progress and financial reporting. It gives no access to their CRM or assistant activity.
Is this a Zoho reseller program?
No. It is an independent ZSetup product and program. Your clients pay us directly; you keep your own consulting arrangements.
Can I run paid ads?
Brand bidding is prohibited. Other paid advertising for the product requires our prior written approval.
