The Zoho CRM AI Assistant puts together one list each morning: overdue tasks, deals closing this week with no recent activity, today’s meetings, and new leads nobody has acted on. It only reads and writes nothing.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
Before the team stand-up you check overdue tasks, then the deals due to close this week, then the calendar, then the new leads. Each is a different view in Zoho CRM, and the item that needed a call yesterday is in the one you checked last.
the solution
Ask for it when you start the day:
Morning list for my team: overdue tasks, deals closing this week with no activity in 7 days, today’s meetings, and new leads from the last 2 days nobody has acted on.
The assistant reads four things and puts them in one list, grouped by owner:
Each item says why it is on the list. You set the thresholds and which owners count as your team, and you can ask the assistant to save them among its saved notes so tomorrow’s request is shorter.
pricing
Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

without the assistant
You can do this in Zoho CRM yourself. Here are the steps.
Each view is easy to build once. Going through four of them every morning, and checking activity record by record, is the slow part.
questions
No. The morning list only reads. If you want to act on an item, such as rescheduling a task or creating a follow-up, ask for that separately; it shows the change and writes only after you approve.
Tasks, meetings, deals and leads for the owners you name, and the calls, meetings, notes, logged emails and tasks on each deal and lead to see when something last happened.
No. It runs when you ask in the side panel. To keep the request short, ask it to save your thresholds and team among its saved notes, then ask for “my morning list”.
The owners you name, or a role you name. It can only see the records your Zoho profile allows, so a list for a team you cannot see comes back empty.
It works from what the CRM recorded. A lead someone called without logging the call shows as not acted on. A deal with an old closing date is not on the list for this week.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
