Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. When the 14 days are up nothing is switched off: the assistant keeps working on Free with a smaller weekly limit, and you add a card only if you want Plus's room back.

In the side panel, every plan has the same supported CRM actions and approval controls, and plans differ in how much you can ask for each week — each paid step is 5x the one before it. Free needs no card; Plus, Pro and Max are billed monthly through Stripe.

The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each. Starting on Plus keeps your trial; choosing a higher plan at sign-up charges right away. Your week starts with your first request and runs seven days. Reaching the limit pauses new requests until it resets — we never charge overage. The connector counts CRM tool calls per billing period instead (Knowledge tool calls are not counted): at 10,000, new CRM tool calls pause until the next period starts, with no overage either.

These are estimates, not guarantees — what a request costs depends on the work it does, so a week of heavy multi-step research goes less far than a week of lookups. The panel shows how much of your limit is left as you work, and every plan pauses new requests at the limit rather than charging overage. Free is the measured figure; each paid row scales it by that plan's allowance relative to Free. The MCP connector in every paid plan is counted separately and identically on each: 10,000 tool calls a month, one per tool call.
