changelog

The assistant keeps getting better.

Detailed, customer-visible updates to the Chrome side panel and the work it can do in Zoho CRM. Newest releases appear first.

Version 1.5.0Latest

Refer a friend

Refer a friend from Settings: give a month of Plus, get a month of Plus.

  • Share your referral link from Settings. Friends get a 30-day Plus trial; you get a month of Plus after their first paid invoice, up to 12 rewards per year.
  • Referred friends keep their 30-day Plus trial when they continue to checkout.
  • The assistant remembers CRM setup and preferences. Review Knowledge in Settings or run read-only CRM onboarding.
  • Use shared CRM knowledge and your private conversation history from connected AI clients.
  • CRM learning reviews saved notes and preserves checkpoints. Email sends, lead conversions and configuration updates report confirmed outcomes more accurately.
Version 1.4.0

More capable CRM work, with clearer control

Work with record batches and relationships, find CRM configuration and its supported dependencies, and make verified setup changes. Permanent deletes and sensitive changes keep final confirmation, while Full access handles ordinary configuration.

  • Create up to 100 records with duplicate checks, update each record with its own values, read selected records together, and manage supported related links, owner changes and tags. Confirmed, uncertain and unattempted results stay distinct when a reply is lost.
  • Find workflows, reusable actions and functions across the connected CRM, then open supported configuration and usage references. Attach Automation functions directly to workflow actions, safely retain private webhook configuration, and inspect bounded failure logs without inferring that empty logs prove success.
  • Create verified rollup and multi-select lookup fields, adjust supported field flags and permissions, and save explicitly public views with related-record filters. Private and restricted view writes remain unavailable. Sensitive field security, history and global-picklist conversion changes always confirm; unsupported field variants remain unavailable.
  • Permanently delete eligible unused workflow actions, workflow rules, Automation functions, views, layout and validation rules, and custom scalar fields after fresh identity and dependency checks. Field deletion destroys values in every module record. Module/layout deletion and configuration recovery are unavailable.
  • Inspect profiles, roles, groups and sharing rules. Confirm supported profile and role changes and narrowly scoped unused-role group and owner-based sharing changes. User invitations, deactivation, territory management and broader sharing writers remain unavailable.
  • Use source-qualified organization facts and inspect assignment rules, pipelines, global picklists, CRM variable metadata, related lists and blueprints. Configure supported assignment rules and confirmed unused global sets; blueprint writing and secret-bearing variable changes remain unavailable.
  • Find possible duplicates within a bounded scan and upload a supported original file of up to 1 MB attached to the current message onto a CRM record. Native merge and asynchronous bulk jobs remain unavailable. The updated Privacy Policy explains original-file storage and separate copies in Zoho.
  • Full access now handles ordinary record and configuration changes. Email, module creation or cloning, permanent deletes and sensitive setup changes always confirm. Record deletes and changes affecting more than 20 records ask by default; the optional skip setting applies only to recoverable actions under Full access. The updated Terms explain this policy.
  • Newly created or cloned modules can be used for record work in the same approved turn. Reconnect refreshes metadata and prevents earlier pending work from writing through a replacement connection, while ordinary token refresh keeps valid approvals usable.
Version 1.3.0

Clearer results and more reliable CRM work

Keep completed chats readable after reaching your weekly limit, preserve Stage history when cloning, inspect detailed configuration, and reconnect Zoho directly from Settings. Formula checks and linked-field views make CRM changes easier to review.

  • Completed conversations remain readable after the weekly usage limit. New turns stay gated, and an action approved at the limit now executes instead of remaining stranded.
  • Module clones preserve Stage history with valid history-list names, including for long or punctuated module labels. Invalid older plans require a fresh proposal before a module is created. Module labels support up to 50 characters where Zoho enables that limit.
  • Full field configuration preserves history-module and followed-field details. Workflow reads retain nested conditions, actions and usage metrics; oversized results explicitly identify omitted data.
  • Reconnect Zoho CRM directly from Connected Settings. The assistant distinguishes record email history from unsupported unread Signals or mailbox-wide inbox access, and explains request forecasts as estimates against a weekly compute budget.
  • Formula field proposals are checked against supported Zoho syntax and your module fields before approval. The card shows the exact expression and return type.
  • Create and update saved views using fields from an ordinary linked module. Existing sort is retained when unchanged, and the result reports the stored audience without guessing why a visibility mismatch occurred.
  • Interrupted bulk updates retain confirmed results and identify uncertain or unattempted records before another write. Record update summaries show supplied lookup and owner names with precise IDs.
  • Attachments are read once across approval resumes, and valid Excel files with namespace-qualified XML are supported within the existing parsing time budget. Stale panel responses no longer replace current workspace state.
Version 1.2.0

Clone CRM modules and follow every step

Build a new custom module from an existing module, follow its progress live, and review exactly what was copied and what needs your attention. More configuration tools and clearer setup make everyday CRM work easier too.

  • Clone a standard or custom module into a new custom module, including supported fields and picklists, field permissions, layout sections, layout and validation rules, and custom views with their audiences. Field API names are preserved where Zoho accepts them, and unused fields are included by default.
  • Review the clone plan, its Zoho API credit cost, and anything that cannot be copied before approving. Records, workflows, functions, and standard-module behaviours are not copied; formula expressions, additional layouts, and other unsupported elements are listed with their next steps. Partial results name what succeeded and what still needs attention.
  • Follow confirmed module, field, layout, rule, and view milestones while cloning. Progress survives navigation and reload, History refreshes while open, and stopped requests retain the changes already made.
  • Create custom modules and more field types, add or rename picklist options, arrange layout sections and required fields, and create or update layout and validation rules. Read, create, and edit Deluge function source and bind functions to automation. Every configuration change requires explicit approval, including in Full access.
  • Onboarding now asks you to choose a permission mode before connecting Zoho and explains each consent scope. New installs start without an update notice; existing users can catch up on missed releases.
  • Tall approval cards scroll with Approve and Reject kept in reach. Chat preserves your message line breaks, History resets its scroll when opened, and usage warnings stay inside the panel with an Upgrade action.
  • More reliable Task searches identify the related module and handle long record IDs accurately. Permission changes apply to running work, and security fixes tighten sign-in, page capture, attachment handling, and approval validation.
Version 1.1.0

Faster answers and clearer CRM configuration insight

CRM work responds 5x faster, and the assistant can now inspect CRM configuration and, with your approval, create and update fields, layouts, workflows, automation actions, and functions.

  • A faster production inference route completed every matched live CRM comparison 5x sooner while preserving the same server-owned safety boundaries.
  • The assistant can inspect profiles, modules, fields, layouts, workflow rules and usage, reusable automation actions, email templates, and functions.
  • The assistant can also create and update workflow rules, reusable automation actions, custom fields, layouts, and Function metadata — every change is held for your approval before it applies.
  • Configuration deletion remains unavailable, and creating or cloning a whole custom module is still withheld until further evidence is accepted.
Version 1.0.3

Conversations keep working when you leave

Start a request, switch tabs or close the panel, and come back without losing its progress.

  • Long-running requests continue safely in the background when you close the panel or move to another screen.
  • History now shows queued, working, approval, completed, stopped, and failed states, so unfinished work is easy to find and reopen.
  • A visible Stop action lets you end work deliberately; closing the panel no longer doubles as cancellation.
  • Provider recovery and conversation affinity reduce avoidable restarts when an approved model route slows down or becomes unavailable.
