- Includes the MCP connector
Find the customers nobody has spoken to in a while, and the regular buyers who stopped buying, then plan who calls them.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
New deals get the attention, so existing customers drift. Nobody notices an account that has had no call or email for months, or a customer who used to order every quarter and has not this year, until they leave or a competitor calls first.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe which customers you mean in plain words. It reads your accounts, won deals, calls, meetings, notes and logged emails, shows you the ones that went quiet with their owner and last contact, and writes to your CRM only after you approve.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
No. For check-ins it proposes tasks, linked to the account, and creates them only after you approve. Accounts, contacts and deals are not edited.
From what you tell it: accounts with at least one won deal, or accounts with the Account Type value you use for customers. Say which in your request.
It works from what your CRM recorded. A call made from a mobile phone and never logged looks like no contact at all. Review the list before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
