Find repeat buyers who stopped buying in Zoho CRM

The Zoho CRM AI Assistant lists accounts with several won deals but none for longer than the gap you set, with the count of past deals and the date of the last one. You review the list, and it creates follow-up tasks only if you ask and approve.

Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.

the problem

The customer who ordered every quarter has gone quiet

Some customers come back on their own: a new order every few months, no chasing needed. That is exactly why nobody notices when one stops. The last order was most of a year ago, the account looks fine in the list, and the first sign of trouble is a lost renewal.

the solution

Ask for the buyers who stopped

Say what “regular” and “too long” mean for your business:

Find accounts with at least 3 won deals whose last won deal is more than 9 months ago. Show the number of won deals, the last one and the owner.

The assistant groups your won deals by account, counting them and finding the latest closing date for each, then keeps the accounts that match your rule. It lists them with the number of won deals, the date of the last one and the account owner.

The list is read-only: nothing is written. If you then ask for a follow-up task per account, it shows the tasks first and creates them, linked to the account, only after you approve. To check when anyone last spoke to these customers, see Find customers with no recent contact.

  • Reads won deals, their closing dates and accounts, and the account owners.
  • Writes nothing, unless you ask for tasks and approve them.
  • It sees only deals in Zoho CRM: orders recorded in another system are not counted.

The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

Not for the list: it only reads. If you ask for follow-up tasks, it creates them, linked to the account, only after you approve. Accounts and deals are not edited.
