Put next term’s renewal into your pipeline before it comes due, as a deal with the same account and contact.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
A customer signed a one-year contract last October. Nobody created a deal for the renewal, so it is not in the pipeline, the forecast or anyone’s task list. The first reminder is the customer asking for an invoice, or not asking at all.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe which won deals renew and on what terms. It reads those deals with their account and contact, checks for a renewal deal that already exists, shows you the deals it would create, and writes to your CRM only after you approve.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
No. It creates new deals for the next term. The won deals they come from are not edited.
Not for creating renewal deals from won deals: it uses the closing date and the term you give. A field for the contract end date helps if your terms vary, and you can name it in your request.
It copies what the won deals hold, so a wrong amount or closing date carries over. A renewal deal named differently from what you describe may not be found, and a second one gets proposed. Review the list before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
