Keep in touch with customers after the deal is won: kickoff, regular check-ins, renewals and open support cases. The Zoho CRM AI Assistant shows what needs attention and records the next step once you approve.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The deal closes, everyone moves on to the next one, and the customer waits for a kickoff call. Months later nobody has checked in, the renewal is close, and an open case has no owner. Zoho CRM holds the accounts, won deals and Cases, but nobody reads them account by account.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You type what you need, such as “customers we have not spoken to in 60 days”. It reads your accounts, contacts, won deals, tasks, calls, meetings, notes, logged emails and Cases, and shows you what it found.
When the answer needs a change in the CRM, such as a kickoff task, a renewal deal or a new case owner, it shows you the change first and writes nothing until you approve it.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
It finds the accounts and cases that need attention and prepares the work around them: kickoff tasks for new customers, check-in tasks for quiet accounts, next term’s renewal deals, and owners or follow-ups for open Cases. Each topic above lists the requests it handles, with the words to type.
No. The support use cases here work on the Cases module in Zoho CRM. The assistant does not read Zoho Desk tickets, so if your team handles support in Zoho Desk, those tickets are not part of these lists.
Only what you approve. It proposes tasks, renewal deals, case owners or the contact and account on a case, and writes nothing until you approve. Updating more than 20 records at once asks for a final confirmation. Existing deals, amounts and accounts are not edited unless you ask for it.
Yes. It works from what your CRM recorded, so a customer call that was never logged looks like no contact at all. Review every list before you approve a change.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. The use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
Yes. Paid plans include a connector that gives AI clients such as Claude and ChatGPT the same Zoho CRM tools. See AI clients for how to connect one.
