Describe the list your team needs and the Zoho CRM AI Assistant builds a public custom view with those filters, columns and sort, or changes an existing one, once you approve.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
Someone asks for "open deals over 50,000 closing this quarter" every Monday. Each person filters the list their own way, the columns differ, and the admin who could make one shared view has a queue of other requests.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe the list in plain words: which records, which columns, what order. It reads the module's fields, shows the filter, columns and sort it will save, and creates or changes the view only after you approve.
pricing
Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it changes your configuration only after you approve in the default mode.
No. A custom view is a saved filter. Creating or changing one does not change any lead, deal or contact.
The assistant creates and edits only views that everyone can see. A request for a personal or private view is refused before anything is saved, so it never publishes a private list to the whole team by mistake.
It can delete a custom view it is allowed to, but that is permanent and always asks for a final confirmation. Records in the view are not touched.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
