The product shows up on a quote at zero
A rep picks a product for a quote and the price is empty, so they type one in by hand. Somewhere else a product has no code or no tax, and the quote comes out wrong. Nobody checks the whole Products list until something breaks.

Say which fields your quotes depend on:
List active products with an empty or zero Unit Price, or with no Product Code or Tax. Show what is missing on each one.
It reads products marked Product Active, checks the fields you named, and lists each product with what is missing. This part is read-only.
To fill the gaps, give it the values in your message or in an attached spreadsheet. It shows each product with the field, the old value and the new one, and updates only those after you approve.

How to do it by hand in Zoho CRM
You can do this in Zoho CRM yourself. Here are the steps.
- Open the Products module and create a custom view.
- Set the criteria: Product Active is selected, and Unit Price is empty or zero.
- Add the Product Code, Unit Price and Tax columns to see the other gaps.
- Open each product and fill in the missing values, or use Mass Update where many products share one value.
The view finds the gaps; filling in a different price or code on each product is done one at a time.

Only the fields you give values for, after you approve. Changing more than 20 products at once asks for a final confirmation. The list itself changes nothing. Price books, quotes and existing orders are not edited.
No. It fills in only values you provide. Products you give no value for stay on the list as they are.
Any field on the Products module your profile can see: Unit Price, Product Code, Tax, Vendor, Product Category or your own custom fields. Name the ones your quotes need.
When you give values by product name, two products with similar names can be confused. Give product codes where you have them, and check the list of changes before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. The Products module may not be available in every Zoho CRM edition. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
