A deal is missing and nobody admits deleting it

A manager opens the pipeline and a deal is gone. Was it deleted, renamed, or never there? Who did it and when matters, both to get it back and to stop it happening again, but searching the recycle bin and asking around is slow and does not show records already emptied from it.

Ask what was deleted and by whom

Name the module and the time. For example:

Which deals were deleted this month, by whom and when? Include ones already deleted permanently.

It reads Zoho’s deletion history for the module and lists each record with its name, who deleted it, when, and whether it is still in the recycle bin or deleted permanently. It can group the list by person or by day, or look for one record by name.

This request only reads. If you then want records back, ask it to restore them: records still in the recycle bin can be restored within 60 days. Records deleted permanently cannot be brought back; the history only shows that they existed.
