No. It applies the rules you give it to the values in your fields, such as industry, company size or budget, and shows its reason for each lead. If a field is empty, it says so rather than guessing.
Only what you approve: tasks for owners, a rating or tag, or a conversion. Converting a lead cannot be undone, so it asks a question first when your request is unclear, and in the default mode shows what will be created and waits for your approval.
It works from what your fields say. If a field is out of date or filled in inconsistently, the rule gives the wrong answer for that lead. Review each list before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
