Get a client brief before a meeting in Zoho CRM

The Zoho CRM AI Assistant shows a one-screen brief on an account or deal before your call: open deals, last activities, open tasks, recent notes, email subjects and contacts. It is read-only and writes nothing unless you ask to save the brief.

Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.

the problem

The call starts in five minutes and you have not looked at the account

You open the account, then the deal, then the notes, then scroll the activity list to remember what was promised last time. The contacts sit in another related list. By the time it is all open, the call has started.

the solution

Ask for the brief by name

Name the account or the deal, and what you want to see:

Give me a one-screen brief on the account Northfield Dental before my call. Open deals and stages, last activities, open tasks, recent notes and email subjects, and who the contacts are.

It reads the account or deal and its related lists: open Deals with Stage and Closing Date, recent Calls and Meetings, open Tasks, recent Notes, the subjects of logged emails, and the Contacts with their titles. It shows them as one short brief, newest first.

Nothing is written. If you want to keep the brief, ask it to save it as a note on the account or deal, and it does so after you approve.

  • Reads the account or deal and its related deals, activities, tasks, notes, logged emails and contacts.
  • Writes nothing, unless you ask it to save the brief as a note and approve it.
  • The brief is as current as the records: an unlogged call is not in it.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. A brief only reads. The one thing it can write here is a note with the brief, and only if you ask and approve it.
