The Zoho CRM AI Assistant lists open deals whose Closing Date has already passed, with owner and last activity. Once you approve, it creates a task for each owner to confirm a new date, or sets the dates you give it.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
A deal’s closing date was set months ago and passed without anyone touching it. It still counts in this month’s forecast as if it were on track. The owner may know it slipped, but the CRM does not, and the forecast is only as good as those dates.
the solution
Ask for open deals whose closing date has passed:
Find open deals whose closing date has passed. Show the owner and last activity. After I confirm, create a task for each owner to confirm a new date.
The assistant reads open Deals with a Closing Date before today, and shows each with its owner and Last Activity Time, so you can see which are quiet and which are simply out of date.
Nothing is written until you approve. You choose one of two things:
It never picks a new closing date on its own.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

You can do this in Zoho CRM yourself. Here are the steps.
The view is quick to build. Getting a real date for each deal means chasing every owner, and Mass Update only helps when many deals move to the same date.
questions
Only the ones you give it. If you ask for tasks, it creates tasks and leaves every date as it is. If you give new dates, it updates Closing Date on those deals only, after you approve.
No. A new closing date is the owner’s call, so it does not invent one. It can create a task asking the owner to confirm the date.
Open deals, their Closing Date, Stage, owner and Last Activity Time.
A deal whose stage is not a closed won or closed lost stage. If your org uses custom closed stages, name them in your request.
It reads the dates your CRM holds. If an owner agreed a new date with the client but never updated the deal, it still shows as overdue. That is usually the point of the task.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
