The Zoho CRM AI Assistant lists quotes in a stage you name, such as Delivered, with no change or activity for the days you choose. Once you approve, it creates a follow-up task for each owner.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The quote went out two weeks ago. The client has not said yes or no, the owner is busy with newer deals, and nobody has asked. In the Quotes module it still looks like any other open quote.
the solution
Tell the assistant which quote stage means “sent to the client” in your CRM, and how long is too long:
Find quotes in the Delivered stage with no change or activity in the last 14 days. Show the deal, grand total, owner and Valid Till date. After I confirm, create a follow-up task for each owner.
It reads the quotes in that stage, checks when each one was last modified and whether any task, call or meeting was logged on it, and shows the quiet ones with their deal, Grand Total, Quote Owner and Valid Till date. It also flags quotes that already have an open follow-up task.
Nothing is written until you approve. When you do, it creates one task per quote, assigned to the quote owner and linked to the quote. You can ask for the task on the deal instead.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

without the assistant
You can do this in Zoho CRM yourself. Here are the steps.
The view finds old quotes, but checking each one for recent activity and creating the tasks is done quote by quote.
questions
No. It creates tasks, and only after you approve the list. Quote stages, line items, totals and Valid Till dates are not edited.
The one you name. Zoho CRM’s default quote stages include ones such as Draft, Negotiation and Delivered, and many teams add their own. Say which stage or stages mean the client has the quote.
Any change to the quote, and any task, call or meeting logged on it. You can also ask it to count activity on the related deal.
It can miss contact that was never logged: no record of a call does not prove there was no call. A workflow or import that edits the quote also counts as a change, so a quiet quote can look recent. Its check for existing follow-up tasks looks at what exists when you ask; it is not a lock.
Not in this request. It can send one email from your own Zoho-approved address if you ask, without attachments, and sending always asks you to confirm.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. The Quotes module is available only in some Zoho CRM editions. This use case has not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
