Find the won deals that never became a sales order and the invoices past their due date, then hand each one to its owner.
Zoho CRM AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that opens beside Zoho CRM. Tell it what you want to do in plain language, and it works with your CRM for you. Try Plus free for 14 days, then stay on Free forever.
the problem
The deal is marked Closed Won and everyone moves on. The sales order is never created, or the invoice goes out and its due date passes without anyone calling. The records are in Zoho CRM, but nobody checks Deals, Sales Orders and Invoices against each other.
the solution
The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want to check in plain words. It reads your deals, Sales Orders and Invoices, with the accounts and contacts they belong to, shows you what it found, and writes to your CRM only after you approve.

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free — no card, nothing to claim — and then settles onto Free, which is permanent. In the side panel every plan has the same safety controls and supported actions, and they differ in how much you can ask for each week. The MCP connector is included in every paid plan (Plus, Pro and Max) and in the 14-day Plus trial, with the same 10,000 tool calls a month on each.

questions
A Chrome extension that opens an AI assistant in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You describe what you want in plain words, it reads your CRM and shows you the result, and it writes only after you approve.
Not in these use cases. They list what is missing or overdue and create tasks for the owners after you approve. Deals, sales orders and invoices are not edited.
Only if you ask. It can send one email at a time from your own Zoho-approved address, logged on a record, without attachments. Each email asks you to confirm before it goes out.
It works from what your CRM recorded. A payment that was received but not marked on the invoice still looks overdue, and a sales order kept in another system does not show up. Review every list before you approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. Sales Orders and Invoices are available only in some Zoho CRM editions. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
