The Zoho CRM AI Assistant opens in a side panel next to Zoho CRM. You attach the event file or name the campaign and describe what you want in plain words. It reads the file, your leads, contacts and campaigns, and shows you a plan with counts before anything is written.
When you approve, it creates the new leads, links people to the Zoho CRM Campaign with a member status, or creates follow-up tasks. Nothing is written until you approve.

Not unless you ask. For events it creates new leads, links records to a Campaign with a member status, and creates tasks. Existing leads and contacts are matched and skipped, not edited.
No. It records who is in the campaign and with which status. You send invitations from the email tool you already use. It can send one personal email at a time from your own address, and sending always asks you to confirm.
It creates up to 100 records per request. For a longer list, it works through the file in parts of up to 100 rows, each with its own plan for you to approve.
It needs a Zoho CRM edition and user profile with API access, and it can only do what your profile is allowed to do. These use cases have not been checked edition by edition yet, so write to us if you want to check yours first.
